• Understand and apply Human Resource Management principles and practices.
• Plan and conduct effective employee induction and orientation.
• Set performance goals, develop performance plans, and monitor and evaluate employee performance.
• Apply employment policies and workplace procedures.

Standard Course Duration: Approximately 3 months, depending on your own pace of study. Many students complete the course sooner.

Maximum Course Access: You have up to 12 months from your registration date to complete the course. This additional access is provided to accommodate working professionals and students with other commitments.

All assessments are completed online via your student portal. There are no formal examinations. Assessment is based on quizzes and assignments submitted through the platform. Quizzes are timed and can be attempted at scheduled intervals, while assignments are marked by your allocated assessor, who will provide feedback accordingly.
